Dr M and his two musketeer nurses were exceptional in terms of warmth, patience, understanding and treatment (pain-free) without resorting to any patronising or platitudinous nonsense. I used to be terrified of any dentistry, but Dr M et al have given grounds for my positive transformation of reception.
