Nikki embarked on her professional journey with Barming Dental Centre, initially taking on the role of a trainee dental nurse. Through her commitment and dedication, she has organically progressed into practice management and business development.

Nikki derives great satisfaction from providing support to nervous patients, specialising in helping individuals overcome dental phobias and creating a reassuring atmosphere.
