Charlie began her journey with our team as a trainee dental nurse in 2019 and has since evolved into the role of Reception Manager and Qualified Dental Nurse. Exhibiting a commitment to patient care, Charlie directs her efforts towards ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every individual who walks through our practice doors.
As the leader of the reception team, Charlie plays a central role in orchestrating the daily operations that contribute to the efficient functioning of our practice. Her experience allows her to support and train the junior reception staff by imparting knowledge and expertise which fosters a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Charlie remains deeply involved in patient care. Her dedication to cultivating an environment where patients feel heard, valued, and comfortable is a cornerstone of her approach.
